Photo does not accurately represent base color. It is not as light/bright as in the photo. This is a darker shade close to natural. This is a good stain resistant paint for my kitchen. The flowers are bright, vibrant colors so they contrast beautifully with the base. There are reds, yellows, oranges, golds, blues, and greens, so it's easy to match them to what I already have. Bright colors are used sparingly. There are many signs of quality construction, especially the bracket. The underlay is also firm and level and stays level on my linoleum floor with no problems. The pile is looped, low and firm. I haven't cleaned it, but I've learned to lower my expectations for back survival after running it through the washing machine a few times. They then become cushions for the dogs' favorite spots. Update: second order.
