Brackets are durable aluminum and screws are stainless steel. The mirror appears to be of good quality. The brackets aren't quite round, so there's a slight gap between them and the 1 3/4" cross member. The screws aren't long enough to properly close that gap. They drilled and cut the staples through and through. , that wouldn't be a problem as the longer screw could have squeezed both halves of the mount together, but instead the longer screw just pushes the bottom out Ten minutes of work turned into three hours of headache with a trip to the gear I have and it seems my job to do, but I can end up sending it back.
