I used to play Valorant on a 1000dpi 125Hz "wireless" mouse and this thing was awful. I'd have to leave it on to keep it from dying in half an hour. Switching to a mouse that I knew would have a reliable and accurate sensor was a huge benefit. A big part of your aiming is muscle memory. The ability to identify and aim at a target without taking a lot of time is important if you want to win target duels. It is not possible to generate any muscle memory with an inconsistent mouse. My old mouse was half the price but 1/8 the price. I absolutely cannot recommend this mouse. Just clean it well before use based on other reviews. The one I received was already cleaned of dirt, but there could be a lot of germs on it. Just give them a quick wipe with alcohol before use.
