it sucked. it looks like out of a garbage can. When a mouse is connected, the mouse cable becomes very hot and the computer does not recognize the mouse. I tried to connect a Macbook and it says "too much power". This product tries to destroy your computer.

Completely unimpressed, I'll never buy a refurbished product again, I'd rather spend a little more and buy a new one. The product didn't work at all. Revain did a great job and the package was picked up 1 hour after I reported the bug. A few days later I got my money back. You are incredible.

I like my G502. The software is a bit finicky at times (at least in my case). It only happens occasionally, but sometimes the Logitech G-Hub doesn't recognize my mouse. I have to completely uninstall and reinstall the drivers, this has happened twice in the last 4 months, but this is a software issue, not a product issue. The mouse is ergonomic, the sensor is amazing, the remappable controls are amazing.

A very good piece of hardware. My Logitech G7 right click hasn't worked for a while, and only recently I've noticed that it won't walk on rocks in game, causing me to get out of ADS. The only reason I didn't give the mouse 5/5 stars is the button layout: the two buttons that control the mouse's DPI scaling are literally located right on the edge of the left mouse button. As a result, I sometimes accidentally change my DPI just trying to click. Of course, I'm sure there's a way to bind the DPI scaling to other keys, but from the looks of it it can be annoying. What I received was clearly NOT in quality 'refurbished' or anything like that. Someone, the previous owner I think just returned it used and it has never been checked or cleaned. That's rough. Tiny hairs stuck to the underside of the mouse and there are clear signs of wear on the grip pads. On top there is even a spot of somewhat liquid origin. This is by far the best mouse I have ever owned or used. It glides without resistance and the included weighting ensures the perfect feel. Switching to a mouse that I knew would have a reliable and accurate sensor was a huge benefit. A big part of your aiming is muscle memory.
