Refurbished quality: only very slight signs of wear on the pads, nothing to snag or signs of wear. The buttons and palm rests are clean, and the buttons and wheel move and click smoothly. The palm rests are actually impressively clean considering their texture likely makes them difficult to clean. Product Quality: Bought to replace a cheap gaming mouse I had before that started having problems after a few months. I'm a bit suspicious of Logitech's reliability (a few previous mice had various issues), but so far this has been a great purchase. I love the ability to toggle between clicking and free spinning the wheel, the button set, the sensitivity, the adjustable weight, and the look. The software is good too. Ergonomically, I wish the mouse was a little bigger - I have big hands, so this won't be an issue for most people - as it's a slightly awkward compromise between being able to hold the mouse comfortably and even being able to reach it. Most buttons are comfortable. Overall, however, this is a great mouse for gaming, productivity, and general computing, and the price is very good for a mouse of this design.
