I just started wearing a pocket watch and wanted something to keep it out of my pocket. This case was exactly what I was looking for. It's thin so it won't stick to the chair when you sit down. The lid latch is closed from the inside to avoid scratching the watch. If you have an open face watch, I would suggest wearing the watch with the face facing towards the body. It's soft leather. So if you hit something hard enough, the dial can crack when viewed from the outside. Another thing I love about this case is that the loop on the back is on a button so it can be easily removed without removing the strap. That being said, it's a powerful click, so don't worry about it falling off your belt. Overall a really great case for the money. The delivery was very timely and it was well packaged.
