The band would not close and stay closed
I really like the watch band but when we got it it wouldn’t stay closed and it was way too big. My husband said most people would need a jeweler to adjust the band to size since it was not easy to do even with the tool they give you, and he had to open the prongs on both sides of the band clasp so I could close the band and keep it closed. Once he fixed it everything worked great and still does.
