Similar to premiumcontact 5, these shoes have great grip. It slows down like a glove, protecting you from "wild" draftsmen on numerous occasions. They complain that the new and improved hydroplaning is even worse. I wouldn't put money on it, but it seems to glide effortlessly over water less than a centimeter deep. They, like many others, found that 5 was more noisy than 4, so they swapped to winter vikingcontact 7 and the ride home was peaceful. Discussion of the 215/55/17 (Optima, Sonata, Camry) tire size.
