Excellent customer service and follow up
I like that it is easy to use for new employees or even current staff who have been with us before as well; they can navigate through their system without any problems at all unlike some other systems which are very difficult if not impossible when you do need assistance from someone else in order to get your job done properly using them (which happens often). It's great we've found an application where our clients will be able learn how things work quickly so there isn't much time wasted while training/training others about what needs doing next etc..
