Only lasted 5 months

Price, looks and installation were great. Unfortunately the lock broke after only 5 months. In fact, a few months ago he started behaving, that is, he didn't open up from the inside. This was used in my exterior basement door. I had to go upstairs and go outside to unlock it from there. It worked. Last time nothing I tried opened the door. After removing it, I saw that the part inside would not move properly. After playing around with it, I realized that it can't be fixed. Not mine. So I went to the hardware store and bought a Schlage outside door knob instead.
