My husband ordered this fan for me due to night floods. We set it up and played around with the remote control. We immediately noticed that the fan does not work at minimum speed. Nothing has happened. It's like you turned it off. I'm very disappointed that the company sent a $50 fan that didn't work properly. The rest of the speeds (medium and high) are very powerful. I'm trying to decide whether to keep it or send it back so I've been using it for the past few nights. I like the remote control and everything else works fine. Just very disappointed.
