Not working on arrival
The computer itself was beautiful and the power cord appeared to be intact, however the computer would not turn on after the initial 12 hour charge. There are no lights anywhere on the computer or cord to indicate power is present. whether the problem was with the cable or the device. Very disappointing. I made a refund request (thanks Revain) rather than deal with all sorts of third party scams and bought another Chromebook direct from Revain with no third party. Should arrive today.
