Conclusion: You should test these things before sending them out because they are "updated". I charged it for hours when I first got it and even tried it with 2 different chargers. I could tell it was charging because the screen turned on and said "SanDisk". After disconnecting, "SanDisk" disappeared and the screen went black. I tried turning it on with the power button but it didn't work. I also tried holding the power button for 20 seconds as suggested by the Revain service but still no response. Update: I sent this one back and bought another refurbished one. I didn't want to participate either. I think that the battery in them is old and doesn't hold a charge. I finally bought a new one and it works perfectly!
