Customer service was great. I have emailed several times what parts I need and they have been very helpful. I installed a small flat head, scissors and needle nose pliers to connect to the W pin adapters. My cabinets have outlets in each section, so I separate the Y-cable power supply from the power supply after the remote cable. I ran the wires from the bottom and top and then connected the light strip. I have a Meross home socket in every outlet, so at night I tell Siri to turn on the closet light and stool. All the lights turn on with the memory of the last brightness that we set with the remote control. They get out of sync when we use the remote, so we just adjust the brightness and leave it there. There's a way to sync them up, but we don't really need to change the brightness, so we didn't try.
