It can also be powered by a 18650 battery, which according to the product description is not included. As for the noise level, it's loud even though the description says quiet. Now for the quality, although it seems that assembly can be cheap as long as everything works well. The mirror came without scratches, the buttons worked without problems. By the way, there is a slight lag when changing the rotation speed. All in all, an acceptable rotating stand for anyone who wants to shoot videos or photos of products. And although it has a mirror as its top base, it can be covered with a piece of fabric if needed.
