I liked how easy it was to use when creating schedules in PSApproved applications (like MS Project). It takes some getting used too but is an excellent tool once you learn all of its functions. The customer service can be poor at times - not helpful with questions or concerns from customers regarding their product/solution implementation. Our organization utilizes this program daily as well as other programs we do have contracts out via GSA which are very user friendly like EASA Proposal Manager /MSRPM/.
