Did what I needed

We have often received messages about disconnecting an external hard drive from Wii U. Suspecting that the drive might not have enough power, I ordered this cable. So far (we've been using it for a month) there have been no more messages. This was a nice, simple, and inexpensive solution to try before trying another drive or anything else.

Pros
