I loved this product so much I was all set to give it a 5 Star review. Sound quality was great, the white noise is very soothing, Bluetooth was very easy to connect to my phone (although the Bluetooth range was pretty minimal), not to mention how cute it is. Overall it was a great product that made a world of difference for us with our fussy infant. For 9 days. Then I plugged it in to charge overnight after baby fell asleep, and the next morning, nothing. No lights come on, it won’t charge, just nothing. To say I’m upset is an understatement. It was never dropped or near water or allowed to run until the battery was completely dead or abused in any way. I will be returning it and looking for a different product. Incredibly disappointed.
