Review on 🔌 Arris Touchstone CM8200A DOCSIS 3.1 Ultra-Fast Gigabit Cable Modem (Black) - 32X8 by Sanny Hoffman

Usually limited to cable companies but this seller on Revain sells these CM8200a models brand new. They are on ebay but they are all updated. Internet speed up to 2.5Gbps (I currently only need 1GB but will eventually upgrade to 2GB). Two Ethernet ports for 2 separate IP addresses if required. uses Docsis 3.1 format for high speed internet which should work with almost all ISPs (I have RCN and it works fine). Just remember that you need to call your cable provider and tell them you will be using your own router. They guide you through the whole process. Instead of renting one for $25 a month, this pays for itself in less than 8 months. Excellent price. This modem will not disturb your connection. I have a great Netgear router, so I tried a Netgear modem and ran into problems right away. This Arris modem seems to work better with Netgear than with Netgear... strange.
