Looks nice! Difficult to align

This is my second set of aftermarket headlights for my 2005 Trailblazer (209,000 miles). Both kits look great and fit like OEM parts; However, both were very difficult to align and the lens was very high and focused to the sides. Not to mention that there is very little room to maneuver to maneuver the headlight bulbs. I've seen u-tube videos on how to adjust headlights but to be honest if you don't know which way the adjusters go it's a sad game. I ended up having to remove both headlights, stand on the counter and move the controls by looking into the headlight to see which way the light was shining. With the headlights installed, the top controls (top and bottom) are easily accessible, but the side controls (left to right) are hidden in the fenders. Eventually I just removed the headlights (and on the desk), turned the headlights all the way down (top adjuster) and all the way "toward the center of the car" (side adjuster), then reinstalled them. Now they are very close to the correct alignment. For 100% alignment, I simply use the easily accessible top adjuster on the passenger headlight and turn it up a turn or two. All in all it was an experimental build but a satisfying finish and as you can see from the picture they look great. The price was very good and they came with halogen bulbs.
