Mazda 2.3 Evaporator Part

I ordered this to see if it would solve the problem of my cars not starting well. It seemed to help a little, but I didn't change the entire hose assembly. You can tell the old part needs to be replaced because you can't blow it out without powering the part. the quality seems OE.
