We use these on an 8th gen iPad with tempered glass and they work well. So far they are doing a good job dealing with the abuse of 2 and 4 year olds who really enjoy using them for coloring and tracing letters. I love that each pen comes with an extra tip in case you lose the original. A recommendation: double check upon receipt that the original tip (or the replacement tip if you need to replace it later) is screwed on tightly, otherwise there is a choking hazard for toddlers and children who tend to stuff things in their mouths.
