I had just over 3,000 miles on our 28ft RV (GD 23BHE) when I took the plunge and installed it with a wet bolt kit . Then we went on a 2500 mile journey that took 12 days. Doesn't matter! Things like the rig "hanging" on bumpy and bumpy roads and swaying from passing vehicles have been drastically reduced to near non-existence. It really smoothed out the towing experience (Tundra Crew TRD). The installation wasn't bad, but I have a lot of tools. I still spent about 4 hours on each side because I was taking my time and had some tricky leaf bushes that wouldn't come out. It could be done in 2 hours per side.
