I love that there is always someone at hand with any questions you may have about your search strategy. They are very efficient, friendly and reliable in their service. Not all providers can be this way! Their support team was fantastic too. It's easy for me because of our time difference but it would be amazing if they had another person who could answer calls during regular working hours as well. Our recruitment process has been simplified through the use of an online platform so we were able to find suitable candidates immediately after sending out job descriptions.

- Well researched profile building helps build awareness around what potential clients do not know already (even before speaking).It also gives them confidence by having such detailed knowledge prior even meeting or interviewing anyone remotely relevant/appropriate from my business' point o f view :)Very intuitive & interesting interface which creates high engagement amongst participants.Also really cool customer
