I love how quick my emails were sent, they arrived within minutes of submission! The price is fantastic for what you get - it's affordable enough that anyone can use if not everyone in your office loves handwriting/emails as much as me (lol). Sometimes when submitting an email through ink pact there was no option to send or receive text messages so i had to wait until later. Make sure all staff uses this service otherwise some people may think its too pricey compared to other options out their like mailchimp etc. Keeping up communications between our team has never been easier than using InKPACT. Emails are more humanising which makes them feel less computer-like; plus we save time by doing away with phone calls. We also have the ability to track who opened each message allowing us to see where most responses come from without having to ask.
