My dentist told me that I brush too hard, but an electric brush helps. I kind of frustrated the goal of expanding the use of brush heads because big brands are so expensive. It's just not a good idea. I am very picky about "softness" when it comes to my toothbrush and I say they are as soft as big brands. I don't know yet how long each of them will last. Just received them yesterday. But so far I'm happy with it. Update: It's been a little over 3 months since I bought them. The head cracks and is loud. This is a suitable amount when the refill time is the last time.
