Great Company With Excellent Customer Service

ZAPPRX is a good company. I like the fact they have a very clear, step-by-step process for submitting claims and I like that they don't get to involved with billing as a rule. They are very easy to deal with and make sure everything is in the right place and that I received good customer support. They are flexible as needed and very responsive, always trying to work with me to make sure my needs are being met. I am not a big fan of that you can't use them for primary care, so I have to use them for all of my care. However, it does not impact the overall experience as a patient to use them, as they are very flexible and clear on their requirements for using them. I've used them for 4 years now. I switched from being a patient in an HMO to being self-insured, and Zapprx was a big help in making sure I was doing all the right things with my plan. They have excellent customer I like that it allows me to submit claims for prescriptions through my computer, which makes life easier when you have multiple doctors in different states or countries! It's not as user friendly if your looking at submitting an RX online with insurance companies who require paper scripts/signatures from physicians (and sometimes faxes). If this was addressed we would be able use our computers more efficiently while getting paid faster than using pen-paper methods of doing so now -.-.
