It's always nice when something works better than expected when you bought it. I bought it primarily as a travel and work computer, but now it's what I use the most. I wanted the laptop to be lighter and that was an advantage because it had to be light. I didn't know how easy it would be until I got it. In fact, it can be lighter than my iPad when the case is attached to it. It has Intel "evo" certification, which was another selling point for me. In case you haven't heard, Intel has essentially compiled a list of features it thinks consumers would most like bundled with next-gen chips, allowing manufacturers to label them as such if they meet the criteria. If anything, there's more criteria than most people need, but it's certainly a good package. This computer is equipped with an 11th generation i7 processor and has a new integrated Intel GPU, which should be much better than the previous integrated graphics. I was happy with his work, but to be honest I didn't do anything particularly tedious. The equipment is good. I like the backlit keyboard. I'm used to laptops with screen sizes of 15+ inches, so I didn't know how I would type on a small keyboard, but I don't have any particular problems with the adjustment. The fingerprint scanner didn't cause me any problems. The number of ports is sufficient: HDMI, USB C (Thunderbolt), 2x USB and a headphone jack. The power supply is separate, but I believe this model can be charged via USB-C in a pinch. 1080p screen, don't touch. forgetting that computers have touchscreens when I use them, so it's not a sacrifice for me. It is very quiet as there is no fan. I haven't had any heat issues, but again, I don't use processors for anything close to performance. The sound is good enough, but the speakers are on the bottom, so it can be a bit muffled depending on where you're holding your computer or what it's on the surface is. The new travel laptop had a battery life. This battery is excellent. It drains the battery a little better than my old d computer at full power, but lasts about forever on power saving settings. You can ride all day on a single charge and I haven't even come close to its limits. (A bar at the bottom of the screen at one point predicted 20 hours left at 86%, which seems optimistic.) Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. It was also very good value compared to other computers I've bought. I would recommend it without reservations.
