These pants are large but very comfortable. The total length of the pants is 35 inches. The thigh measurement is 10 inches. The waist area measures 22 inches. The inseam is 26 inches. The pouch is large enough to fit in a small adult hand. The only thing I don't like is the ankle area. You basically turn the inside out and sew it together.
