Not a bad camera and monitor combo for the price. I had to make minor adjustments to my 2008 Santa Fe, but it works well. First off I didn't use a monitor mount as that would have made the whole assembly too large to fit well on the dash. Instead, I used strong mounting tape and attached the monitor directly to the dashboard. This required changing the power cord so that it exits the back of the monitor rather than the bottom. Lucky for the camera, the Santa Fe has a plastic trim on the tailgate that holds the license plate light. It was easy enough to remove and install the camera. I didn't get the camera cable into the factory wiring harness either, but I was able to route it over the sunroof seal and thus into the car and then on the passenger side all the way to the front. Note on the video cable. - Mine came with a red power cord combined with a yellow RCA cord. I connected it to the same power source on the reverse light and by running the video cable all the way up front I didn't have to find an additional power source for the monitor. It still works, but this way I got rid of the need to look for a separate power supply up front. In general I am happy with the purchase and am considering another one for my other car.
