Great, but NOT for newer 2019 MacBookPros.
I love the latching and installation process, but I just got a new 2019 MacBookPro 15" and they removed the 2 center screws and vent location on the back of the MacBookPro so that This plate would block the vent.I had to cut the center bar off with a hacksaw and only used 2 ends.Otherwise it would be great for older MacBookPro models so check if they have any updates on this.
