My herbs are as fresh as the first day. I used to store my herbs in a clear glass jar, but that was too big and I found that my herbs were sometimes very dry. Anyway, I saw it online and yes it's expensive, but I put in week-old herbs and they were still fresh after a few days. From what I've seen, similar products from different companies are in the same price range. I wish they had offered a pack of glasses for a low price. For example, I get a small batch of different herbs to mix and match, and if you're like me you don't want your herbs to touch each other, so try to keep them in separate containers. It would be great if the company sold small jars at a flat rate.
