Durability not acceptable

I had one sign inside and one outside. The outer sign was warped. I assumed it was right there (sunlight hitting it etc.). I took the 2nd plate in my car from home and drove for about 3 hours, removed the plate and found it was warped too. The second sign was inside the car and not in direct sunlight/heat. Now both characters cannot be used due to severe deformation. They should never be used outdoors, should never be used in a precautionary environment. waste of money.
