Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.
I have before this ONKRON G80 - it is better. Both in terms of design and ease of use. But on one monitor. Its pros: You can hang two monitors, hang norms. Even slightly different 23 and 27 hang fine Has cons: Bolts. Because someone obviously put the bolt. Look at the photo. ONKRON what is it? ! These are the main screws for attaching the rack! One turned into a rivet.
