Great for tracking and understanding customer behaviour

The ability to see customers' current state of mind (ie interest in your product/service) by looking at their recent site visits is very helpful when deciding how best to serve them next time they are visiting! This would be great if you could have some more options regarding what data were available from previous visitors - eg date range etc which was quite easy with other products we used previously but this feature seems limited here as well? It's really hard to get any information out about our own website traffic unless I go directly into analytics tool ourselves so having someone else do all that work makes life easier! For us it has been invaluable seeing who comes back via google or referral links etc after browsing past pages without landing up wanting anything specific yet still coming across later down the road. The platform is very user friendly and easy to use. The support team is very responsive.The tool does not have any major flaws. I would say that it is quite expensive compared to other tools in this category. It is worth using if you are looking for something robust and cost effective. I am solving the problem of engaging with customers and providing them with a personalized service.
