This chair is not the trendiest chair on the market but I think it looks good and does the job. I believe you get what you pay for. So I'm not complaining too much about how difficult it was to assemble. However, this is something to consider if you're short on time (or patience). Here are my main pros and cons: Appearance: I love the way this chair looks. It's very smooth. White leather and chrome are definitely an update on the boring black office furniture you usually see. Leather is also easy to keep clean. Spilled liquid can be wiped up immediately. Comfort: In general, the chair is quite comfortable. In its natural state it sits a little on the orthopedic side, but this is corrected with adjustments and the slight incline you get when seated. It is more comfortable with a small lumbar pillow. In my opinion, this chair is the perfect size. The width makes it comfortable, but not so wide that it doesn't fit under most tables. The armrests are padded, which makes working on the computer more comfortable. Installation: I have assembled several work chairs in my life. None of them were as disappointing as this one. I fiddled with the screws holding the seat to the backrest for thirty minutes when I needed a second opinion. Thanks to my husband, I learned that you have to screw in the two rear screws first and then rotate the chair to an upright position before inserting the two front ones. Without this order it is almost impossible to install the screws. The instructions say nothing about this. I also had trouble in general because the holes cut in the skin didn't line up with the holes for the screws. I ended up having to fumble for the screw holes and cut the leather to get to them.
