I don't write reviews on many products that I purchase, but these mittens are exceptional and deserve a high recommendation. I am a motorcyclist who has ridden year-round for 16 years. During the midwest late fall and winter months my rides have often been limited in distance only because of frosty fingers. I've tried snowmobile gloves, glove inserts, and heated grips (I didn't want to try heated gloves because those types of gadgets always have a short life since they stop working, in my experience). With these mittens, the problem is solved. As long as road conditions permit, there will no longer be a limit to my riding. I have ridden a few times in 25 to 28 degree temperatures for an hour or more without even a slight bit of frosty fingers. All my other cold weather gloves always caused me to return home with frosty fingers even after 20 miles or so (even with heated grips on). A rider will sacrifice a slight bit of feel at the controls for the benefit of being able to ride without cold hands. Of course I have equipment to keep the other parts of my body warm so there will be no limitations other than road conditions to keep me from doing what I love the most (get out and ride!). To all the cold weather riders, I recommend these mittens! Try them with a glove liner or heated grips (with or without hand guards) and the entire game is changed! This is the best cold weather riding purchase I have made!I have only had these for a few days so I can't attest to whether they are durable. The materials certainly appear to be of nice quality. Time will tell.Measure the circumference of your hand as the recommendation says and your size will be spot on.
