I bought these to replace incandescent bulbs in low voltage landscape lights. My street has no streetlights and I wanted to have the lights on for 12 hours in the winter and still be able to eat after paying the electric bill, but I avoided LED lights because of my hatred of blue. They were only available in until recently. For the money I thought what the heck I'd return it if I hated it. I LOVE HER! The color is clean, warm bright light - comparable to 10 watts each I would say. Glad I don't have to think about it, LEDs last forever. They are very stylish, compliment any fixture and light the way with perfect lighting. They give the green grass a nice shade! The entire area is currently being renovated! Best of all, my electricity bill reads as if I hadn't even turned on the light! Update 1 year later: Even after a few power outages, all the lights are still on. exposed to the elements. I'm still excited about this purchase!
