Can't beat the flower disc.
You just can't chip a serrated lock washer on a straight grinder. Especially for the price these petal discs work great. No, they're probably definitely not made in the US, but not that many. They came in a box, of course, but then only in a small pouch, which is less wasteful than most. Generally they work as expected. They helped me a lot when I changed the wheel hub. Quickly remove all rust.
