I have had this honeywell humidifier for 5 years until winter 6 and of all the filters that have been used these are absolutely the worst! Depending on the winter, 3 or 4 filters last the whole season, cleaning the unit once a week and removing the filter in the second week and changing the filter at the end of the month or after 4 weeks, so a new filter every month. These grease filters are completely destroyed after one (1) flush. They are of very cheap construction and once they collapse, the humidification efficiency drops. Buy another brand!
