I've waited over a month to review this item because I wanted to make sure I'd used it enough. This item is not as efficient and effective as advertised. I got 10,000 BTUs even though all my friends were wondering why I was buying such a powerful device for a relatively small bedroom. I'm glad I grew up because this thing doesn't cool my small bedroom as effectively. Customer service is also very poor and you won't get much help from them when your device starts to malfunction. This happened to me within 3 weeks and I was left with regretful buyers. There are better and more efficient devices out there, so keep looking. Also, this seller may have the absolute worst customer service so I would stay away.
