So I've put this review on hold because I feel like SOMEBODY at the factory made a huge mistake. However, I emailed the company directly through Revain and received absolutely no response. Revane obviously did the right thing by offering to take it back, but that's not the point. I bought two new pairs of these headphones. They have been factory sealed with the original sticker. They were sealed and looked the same. As I was removing THAT pair of headphones, I ripped off the tape covering the pins on both earbuds and was about to put them in my ears when something caught my attention. what's inside After careful examination. After removing a small piece and crushing it on a piece of white paper, it turned out to be EARWAx! Now I don't know how they are tested at the factory. I can't imagine people actually putting them in their ears to make sure they work, but I'm not sure right now. Since we have a family in the medical field, I could easily rehabilitate that. However, I was hoping that the company would at least take the time to reply to my email. I asked for NOTHING. I haven't even asked for my money back and the fact that nobody seems to care is a big problem for me and my wife who is a doctor. Anyway, this is my experience. Take as much as you think is worth it.
