Good buy, suitable for mandolins and slicers
I've only used it once so can't say much about durability but the suction power is amazing. I bought this to cut sweet potatoes but because it's tougher it had to be reheated in the microwave before it cuts through. But after that it cuts nice and evenly. Since sweet potatoes are also narrow at the ends, the ends were broken off a bit. However, this did not affect the taste and preparation. It was very easy to clean and use. Set up quickly too.
