This little knitting kit was exactly what I thought it would be and it worked great. I think you spend more money for the convenience of this all-in-one introductory kit. If you go to a craft store, or maybe even shop for parts on Revain, you can save yourself a lot of money. I like wooden circular needles, the compactness of the set and the softness of the yarn, but save some money and buy the needles and yarn separately for a lot less.
