Update: After using this product right after blow-drying, I found it worked significantly better (and faster) than my straightener. I still used this at the very end just to get my ends "straight" but overall it was a huge improvement. You definitely need to walk slowly (I tend to walk fast) and that just doesn't work. Still doesn't get as hot as my flat iron BUT WORKS BETTER and doesn't burn my hand touching my hair! So I'll definitely stay tuned! First review: I've only tried this on dry hair that hasn't needed much straightening, but I plan to use it on my hair right after blow drying and will update the review when things get better. I found it no easier than an iron. It's hard not to curl my hair, which I don't like (I prefer very straight hair). It's not so hot that you need a glove, but it's a good option. It definitely gives the hair more volume than a flat iron. I'm curious to see what happens if I use it on my hair when it's frizzier to judge if it's better than my straightener. If not, can I go back because what's the point of having both? The price is good but still not cheap.
