I did a lot of research before purchasing this model in February 2020. My masseuse also recommended it to me. It's extremely powerful and I didn't go past 6, even with big, deep muscles. It has prevented leg cramps and I also use it for hip flexors, quads, iliotibial tract, glutes, adductors and TFL because I have a bad hip. It helped a lot. There is no description of the different attachments and their purpose, but I have found that I use the two-prong attachment the most. It gets a bit noisy as the speed increases, but I think most massage guns are like this and seem to be quieter than most. The battery lasts forever. It can get a bit difficult after a while - it's not easy. But it is very strong and well made. A good investment that I use almost every day.
