Review on 🧹 Effortless Cleaning: Lightweight Commercial Bagless Backpack Vacuum by Kristen Rivera

I have a commercial cleaning company so we are always trying new vacuums and we have this Prolux backpack Bought for this place that takes less than an hour to vacuum. This vacuum only lasted two cleanings, so performance was pretty disappointing. My consumer vacuums last 10 times longer. Bad product is one thing, bad customer service is another. They were quick to respond to emails, so that's a plus, but the emails were short and to the point, and it was pretty obvious that they didn't intend to provide great service or a great user experience. When we have a customer with a problem we like to use this as an opportunity to show them how great our company really is and how much we care about our customers, we do it right and then we do more. Unfortunately Prolux doesn't do that, they might be a longtime customer.
