This review is for kit 49220 which includes what you see here (tensioner and pulley) plus an idler pulley and a new belt. I wouldn't have bought any of this if I knew then what I know now. The biggest problem is that if you've already bought one of those extra long serpentine wrench sets like I did, you might find that you don't have a wrench big enough to install the turnbuckle on this thing! I was able to remove my existing belt using my original tensioner, but when I switched to this Continental unit none of the crow's feet in my kit would fit! Come on, why didn't they stick to the original screw sizes. is it really that hard?!? Another issue was the tensioner itself. It uses one of those torx fittings that are only used on cars. On my original it was Torx T47, but T50 is used here! It's fine if you already have the correct kit, but I specifically ordered Torx ahead of time and then I had nothing to install that new part! As far as installing new parts, everything was fine there, but I think they are of cheaper quality than my original Ford parts. I also checked the sellers and then double checked to make sure it would fit as I kept coming across conflicting information. Get a return policy to make sure their little Java machines go wrong (yes, they do).
