I wish I had had them a few years ago
I wish I had had them all those years of cooking and roasting. It is very convenient to lift a bird or a roast from a pan. I wasn't in the habit of slicing my meat too much, but I've found myself using them for that purpose now. New recipes are available and old recipes are easier. I use them frequently. Nice addition to your kitchen essentials. The teeth are sharp to grip and grind, be a little careful.
