The end of the screwdriver they provided was broken. Good thing that we purchased a replacement band for my Garmin 920XT and better quality screwdrivers were included in that package. If we had not had the good ones, it would have been difficult to replace this replacement band for my Vivoactive. In trying to use the screwdrivers provided with this product, it gave me a bunch of tiny blood blisters on my fingers. Not a great experience. The band itself is great though.
